Web Pros also offers payment plans for web sites that exceed $1000 per project.  Payment plans require at least a 25% down payment (based on the estimated costs)  and the remaining balance is divided up into equal months once the project is complete.  There's a 5% finance charge for this service. 

please note: There's no finance fee charged if you were to pay for the website in full by the time it is completed.  Finance fees are only assessed when the website is complete and we haven't received full payment by then.

The terms of the payment arrangement will be written in the Web Design Contract that you must sign before we begin project.

We typically prefer checks.  We accept checks over the phone or fax.  We do accept all major credit cards as well but we must charge a 3% convenience fee to cover the charges associated with a credit card purchase.  There is no convenience fee for us to take a check payment.

We also accept payments by PayPal.  It's fast and it's Free.  There also is a 3% convenience fee to cover PayPal's charges as well.
