less expensive than America Online (AOL). Net Zero provides
excellent and reliable Internet coverage, with no extra
content or ads that some others give you (such as AOL). Net
Zero also provides routine specials if you sign up to a
multi-month or yearly contract. You can also sign up for Net
Zero's Platinum, or HiSpeed 3G packages that provide you
with speeds up to 5x faster than normal dial-up.

There is no trial period at Net Zero internet to speak of.

download that can be set up in just a few minutes. With a
credit card, you will get instant access to Net Zero

Net Zero has over 10,000 access numbers throughout North
America. This is ideal for people who travel or are always
on the go and need local access numbers. Also, Net Zero is
available in both the U.S. and Canada. With all these access
numbers, busy signals are non-existent, making your internet
experience hassle-free.
Tech Support
Net Zero internet
service has a complete online support database full of
frequently asked questions (FAQs), as well as instant e-mail
answers and automated phone support. Live telephone support
costs $1.95 per minute, which is a disadvantage when
compared to some other ISPs who offer it for free.

Skills Required
There are some
technical requirements to using Net Zero, so you must
possess some basic technical skills. However, NetZero has an
excellent support database with a great FAQ section, but if
you need to have live customer support, this level of
service will cost $1.95/min as mentioned above.

You only get one
e-mail address with Net Zero. Since there are plenty of free
e-mail providers on the internet (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.), I
guess they can get away with it. But, this is a real
disadvantage when other ISPs offer several e-mail accounts
for the same price.
